Directly working with the customer service manager, you’ll have to take care of the customer’s request sent by email and Facebook to satisfy them and creating customer loyalty.
German is your native language; you have the team spirit and you want to learn and get skills. You’re organized, versatile autonomous and finding a solution for the customer is very important to you.
Written German is essential (every other language is a plus).
