Business Excellence Manager

For our headquarter in Cologne or our Paris office, we are seeking as of now a Business Excellence Manager (Internship of at least 6 months)

You will support the CEO and COO :

• Organise Commercial Management Meetings (collect input from participants, ensure participation of right stakeholders, prepare decision making, protocol meetings, distribute meeting decisions back to the organisation
• Organise Quarterly Business Meeting in close cooperation with CFO and local Managing Directors & Country Managers
• Coordinate international projects and liaise with the Ligatus mother company and other stakeholders
• Generation of business analysis and reports (based on internal reporting data in close cooperation with Controlling and Data Analysts)
• Support of CEO/COO in case of special projects (Finance, HR, Sales …)

And this is ideally your profile

• You have completed your studies in Business Administration
• You have excellent organizational and analytical skills and are used to work in an international environment
• Ability to adapt easily to new systems and software is essential (Workflow Management-System, Reporting Tools)
• You are fluent in English and German. Other languages are also welcome
• You have already some experience with online marketing
• Ability to work in a continuously evolving environment
• Willingness to travel
